Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily store patrols and verify security features
- Investigate financial and physical shrink incidents
- Support internal, external theft, and organized retail crime investigations
- Communicate findings clearly to Store Leadership
- Support evacuations and complete external apprehensions when required
Requirements:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Hold a Security Guard License
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Stand, bend, and lift inventory or supplies
- Lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50
