As Branch Administrator, you will manage administrative aspects of CIBC Wood Gundy branch operations. You will support Investment Advisors, train non-commissioned staff, oversee transactional banking functions, and maintain client service standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, and performance management
Manage daily branch operations, equipment, supplies, and office functions
Monitor budgets, expenses, revenue, and accounts payable




Support Investment Advisor duties and prepare accurate trade tickets
Coordinate trading notices and communicate operational procedures
Requirements: Current Investment Representative accreditation in valuable standing with CIRO-ID
Financial services or brokerage industry experience
Strong organizational, administrative, management, and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of various quotation equipment
Fluency in French and English
