This permanent Senior Internal Auditor role focuses on IT Audit across Pacific Blue Cross. You will assess cybersecurity, IT general controls, access management, system development, and technology operations. The position supports the Internal Audit plan and provides insights for management, Executive Leadership, and the Audit Committee.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute cybersecurity and technology-focused audits
Review IT general controls and system development activities
Assess risks across implementations and digital transformation projects
Document evidence and testing performed during engagements




Provide clear, practical, risk-focused recommendations
Requirements: Five to eight years of internal or external audit experience
Relevant CPA, CISA, CIA, CISSP, or other designation
Robust knowledge of internal control testing and documentation
Experience with AuditBoard or ability to learn applications quickly
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Use cybersecurity, ITGC, systems implementation, and communication skills to strengthen assurance at Pacific Blue Cross.
