The Care Company is seeking proactive Personal Support Workers for two school-aged clients. This work includes assisting with ADLs, transfers, mobility, routines, and personal care. You will encourage participation, maintain professional boundaries, and communicate with families and care teams.
Key Responsibilities: Provide age-appropriate personal care and daily living assistance
Use client-specific mobility equipment according to training
Encourage independence while providing needed hands-on assistance
Observe physical, cognitive, behavioural,



or emotional changes
Follow safety practices and complete accurate documentation
Requirements: Enjoy working with children and young people
Warm, patient, compassionate, and engaging approach
Ability to work independently in family homes
Valid CPR, First Aid, WHMIS, and required checks
Commitment to a consistent weekly afternoon schedule
Use proactive pediatric care, attentive supervision, and qualified communication to support children safely during Etobicoke afternoon home visits.
