Support Amazon associate health and safety as an Onsite Medical Representative in Cambridge, Ontario, delivering first aid and emergency response.
This experienced position works with the Workplace Health & Safety team, site manager, and specialists. You will assess occupational and non-occupational injuries, provide guidance, and refer care externally when needed. The role also supports wellness education, OSHA learning, and safety operations.
Key Responsibilities: Provide first aid and outside medical referrals
Maintain associate care records and activity reports
Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs
Coach associates on observed at-risk work habits
Support emergency response and medical supply inventory
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Ontario-approved standard first aid with CPR/AED level A or C
Provincial Primary Care Paramedic, RPN, or RN certification
Ability to work adaptable shifts, including weekends
Ability to lift 49 pounds and stand twelve hours
