Participate in the preparation and assembly of meals by performing duties such as:
Count, weigh and measure ingredients for assigned food production area
Prepare and serves beverages
Prepare vegetable and desserts as per prep schedule
Assemble sandwiches
Portion meal trays and special diet trays as per meal schedule
Load meal carts and prepare for delivery.
Clean carts and trolleys and wash dishes/pots
Maintain storage areas in a clean and orderly manner
Work efficiently and handle all equipment and products safely
Performs any reasonable request as assigned or directed by management in a suitable timeframe.
