Roofmart needs a Shipping and Receiving Specialist skilled in secure product movement, order verification, and warehouse operations across its distribution network.
This Shipper and Receiver role supports safe loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving of exterior building supplies. You will pick, tag, and double check orders for accuracy while following health and safety requirements. The position also assists with tapered insulation fabrication, metal shop operations, and other required duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, unload, move, ship, and receive products
- Pick, tag, and double check orders accurately
- Assist with tapered insulation fabrication as required
- Support metal shop operations as required
- Follow health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation
Requirements:
- Previous shipping and receiving experience
- Valid forklift license; training can be provided
- Ability to lift, push, and carry 80 to 100 pounds
- Customer service skills
- Authorization to work in Canada
