As an Occupational Therapist with Pursuit Health Management, you will assess and treat clients referred by Solicitors, Veterans Affairs, LTD carriers, and WSIB. The position combines functional and cognitive remediation with return to work planning. You will work in home, school, and workplace environments while coordinating with healthcare professionals focused on client recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide occupational therapy assessment and treatment services
- Assess ADLs, attendant care, and housekeeping needs
- Identify appropriate assistive aids and devices




- Deliver functional and cognitive remediation programs
- Develop motivated client relationships supporting recovery

Requirements:

- Experience with ADL, attendant care, and housekeeping assessments
- Experience with return to work planning
- Highly developed negotiation and communication skills
- Vehicle and personal computer required
- Ability to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario
