As a Service Technician, you will support customer service, sales, merchandise processing, and operations within Golf Town’s Pro Shop. Your work includes club shaft repairs, re-gripping, club fitting knowledge, and maintaining company merchandising standards. You will also address customer issues, answer department phones, and follow safety practices. Golf Town is part of Sporting Life Group, alongside Sporting Life and Team Town.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete club shaft repairs and re-gripping to quality standards
- Provide club grip and shaft specification knowledge




- Maintain Pro Shop merchandising and work-area housekeeping
- Assist customers with questions, complaints, and issues
- Answer department phones courteously within three rings

Requirements:

- One to three years of relevant retail sales experience
- Re-gripping and re-shafting experience through company training
- Strong knowledge of club fitting and sales
- Solid communication, leadership, and judgment skills
- Flexibility for varied weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts
