As an HR Generalist, you will expand internal human resources capacity within a technology setting. The position suits HR Business Partners, Generalists, and Analysts seeking broader scope without requiring previous independent management experience. You will apply domain knowledge, sound judgement, initiative, and strong communication across recruitment, performance, training, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan workforce and staffing needs with company management
- Manage sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, changes, and offboarding




- Support goal setting and performance review follow-up
- Identify training needs and organize development activities
- Prepare workforce, recruitment, turnover, and training analyses

Requirements:

- At least four years of generalist HR experience
- Degree preferably in HR or a related discipline
- CHRP or CPHR designation, or designation in progress
- Knowledge of Ontario employment standards and legislation
- Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication skills
