This Labourer Operator position focuses on crushing operations within Thomas Cavanagh Construction’s aggregate facilities. You will monitor production, operate loaders and rock trucks, inspect equipment, and support maintenance activities. The work requires aggregate-process knowledge, mechanical troubleshooting, physical capability, and dependable safety practices.
Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor crushing plants for production and quality
Load, move, and distribute materials using loaders
Feed primary crushers and stockpile aggregate with rock trucks
Inspect equipment and perform basic crusher maintenance




Report malfunctions, hazards, and incidents promptly
Requirements: At least two years operating crushers, loaders, or similar equipment
Robust understanding of aggregate production and crushing processes
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds outdoors
Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
