Key Responsibilities: Manage opening, closing, payments, cleanliness, and daily spa activities
Monitor inventory and order massage oils, towels, and supplies
Create schedules matching staff availability with appointment demand
Train staff on protocols, service expectations, and care techniques
Assist owners with policies, safety guidelines, and procedures
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
At least six months in a spa or wellness environment preferred
