Interprovincial Cooperative Limited is recruiting a permanent Human Resources Manager for IPCO in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This seasoned HR generalist role combines strategic leadership with hands-on support across the employee lifecycle. You will report to the Agri-Products Manager and supervise the Human Resources Administrator.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the full HR function for approximately 80 to 160 employees
Administer collective agreements and manage grievances and investigations
Drive workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning
Partner with leaders on performance, engagement, attendance, and accommodations
Oversee compensation, perks, payroll governance, compliance, and policies
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Commerce, or related discipline
Eight or more years of progressive Human Resources experience
Experience with labour relations and employment law
Experience in unionized manufacturing or industrial environments
Relevant education and experience combination may be considered
Bring unionized workforce leadership, labour relations expertise, and full-lifecycle HR experience to IPCO's Winnipeg manufacturing facility.
