The Strategic Recruitment Lead works within Human Resources and reports to the Manager, Labour Relations & Recruitment. This position coordinates full-cycle recruitment, international hiring, workforce planning, and inclusive selection processes. It also supports leadership recruitment, employer branding, and Applicant Tracking System administration.

Lead workforce planning, job descriptions, and employer branding
Requirements: Business degree specializing in Human Resources or related field
Minimum five years of relevant experience
Experience with strategic sourcing and talent mapping
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
Solid behavioural interviewing and communication skills
