Postdoctoral Researcher Position Available – Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), Canada

We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our research team at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), focusing on the integration of artificial intelligence and mechanistic modelling to advance anaerobic digestion processes.

Desired Expertise:

- Machine Learning (ML) and AI applications in environmental engineering.
- Anaerobic Digestion (AD) processes, optimization, and performance evaluation.
- Mechanistic Modelling of Anaerobic Digestion, including ADM1 or related process models.
- Experience integrating data-driven and mechanistic models is considered a strong asset.

Qualifications:

- PhD in Civil Engineering,EnvironmentalEngineering, or a closely related field.
- Robust research background and scientific publication record.
- Excellent analytical, programming, and communication skills.
- Candidates currently based in Canada are preferred.
