Reporting to the Education Director, this coordinator develops, implements, and oversees language programs. The work connects community members, elders, educators, and stakeholders. It supports engaging environments for Mi'kmaw language learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a comprehensive Mi'kmaw language revitalization plan
- Lead language classes, workshops, and cultural events
- Integrate language and culture into school curriculum
- Create and distribute language learning materials
- Evaluate language program effectiveness and initiatives

Requirements:

- Robust understanding of Mi'kmaw culture, history, and traditions
- Experience teaching languages or developing curriculum
