Stantec seeks a Junior Buyer/Expeditor for its Procurement team and project delivery work. You will interact with internal stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and client representatives. The position supports procurement planning, sourcing, RFx processes, purchase orders, expediting, logistics, reporting, and document control.
Key Responsibilities: Support procurement and contracting plans for project requirements
Prepare RFx packages, bid summaries, and commercial evaluations
Track supplier deliveries, fabrication, documentation, and logistics
Maintain procurement schedules, reports, records, and status tools




Coordinate invoice verification, receiving, and shipping documentation
Requirements: Minimum three years of procurement experience
Procurement, buying, and expediting principles knowledge
Microsoft Office proficiency with solid Excel knowledge
Business, Supply Chain, or related post-secondary education
Strong communication, organization, accuracy, and relationship-building skills
Support Stantec’s energy projects with procurement coordination, supplier communication, expediting, reporting, and accurate commercial documentation.
