This Administrative Assistant supports the firm’s Managing Partner while coordinating daily office and Human Resources activities. You will draft documents, organize meetings, assist special projects, and maintain professional contact with clients, visitors, and external inquiries. Financial processing and event support are included.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Managing Partner with special tasks and projects
Coordinate meetings, agendas, reservations, couriers, and interviews
Manage office organization, supplies, equipment, and building issues
Provide reception coverage and manage incoming communications
Assist accounts receivable reporting and payment processing
Requirements: Two to three years of previous administrative experience
Previous professional services firm experience is desired
Strong ability to prioritize competing responsibilities
High technological competence with office equipment
Strong typing skills of 70 or more words per minute
