West Fraser Valley Cedars Ltd seeks a full time Farm Supervisor for permanent employment. You will supervise crop operations, coordinate workers, and monitor production at three Abbotsford locations. The work involves outdoor, physically demanding duties.
Key Responsibilities: Plan crop growth using water, light, and temperature conditions
Coordinate and supervise farm and harvesting labourers
Oversee coniferous tree growing and crop-related operations
Maintain production, quality control, and safety records
Train workers in duties, safety, and company policies
Requirements: Secondary school graduation certificate
One year to less than two years of experience
English language proficiency
Experience with automated irrigation systems and tractors
Excellent oral and written communication
Support coniferous tree production through farm supervision, worker coordination, irrigation knowledge, and quality control in Abbotsford.
