A busy, established dental practice in Toronto looking for a Treatment Coordinator. This is a leadership role for someone who loves people, loves results, and wants to help build something excellent.

Ideally have HARP certification or CDA would be an asset

Job Description:
Present and plan treatment, including Invisalign, implant,



and complex cases

Follow up with patients throughout treatment so they feel secure knowing everything is under control and going smoothly

Analyze office data to find weak spots and drive improvement

Lead and manage the team, ensuring follow-up and follow-through

Build and refine systems across the office

Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives
Software is Curve but can be trained
Schedule:
A hybrid work week: 3-4 days in office, 1 day working from home
Mon & Tues 10-7,Wed & Thurs 8-5,Fri 9-3
LOCATION: Danforth & Broadview
Compensation: $30-$35 TBD, Competitive base salary plus incentives based on performance
