Support commercial billing at Trail Appliances through payment reconciliation, documentation, and responsive customer service. Work full-time Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 4:30pm.
This Credit Specialist manages Accounts Receivable while building effective relationships with customers, builders, and co-workers. You will investigate invoice discrepancies, process adjustments and write-offs, and prepare reliable account documentation. The work requires prior credit or collections experience, accuracy, and strong Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities: Investigate invoice shortages, overages, and discrepancies
Process adjustments, write-offs, and project billing
Prepare account reconciliations and audit backup documentation




Maintain organized customer files and accurate records
Address customer inquiries and resolve billing concerns
Requirements: Strongly preferred prior billing experience
Finance experience is an asset
Ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally
Robust sense of urgency and commitment to accuracy
Intermediate to advanced Excel and computer application proficiency
