Reporting to the Manager, Medical Workforce, this Advisor supports physician workforce planning and recruitment across Covenant Health. The work connects medical and operational leaders, physicians, candidates, and community stakeholders. You will develop workforce strategies, support recruitment initiatives, and contribute to sustainable physician coverage supporting high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Develop physician workforce strategies across Covenant Health
Support physician attraction, recruitment, and retention initiatives
Assess workforce information and identify trends and opportunities




Contribute to recruitment workflows, events, committees, and initiatives
Recommend process improvements supporting physician recruitment practices
Requirements: Baccalaureate degree in health, business, human resources, or related discipline
Five years’ progressive healthcare administration experience
Workforce planning and recruitment experience
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
Solid organizational and project management skills
Use workforce planning, recruitment, and analytical skills to strengthen physician coverage and recruitment strategies at Covenant Health.
