Key Responsibilities: Conduct market pricing, survey matching, benchmarking, and job evaluation
Support merit, salary review, incentive planning, and budgeting processes
Validate reward data and investigate discrepancies across systems




Build recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards
Support benefit analysis, renewals, and implementation activity
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Three-plus years in compensation, perks, or Total Rewards
Advanced Microsoft Excel data validation and modelling skills
Working knowledge of reward compliance and data privacy
UKG familiarity or relevant certification progress is advantageous
