As Controls Integration Specialist Supervisor, you will lead and develop specialists while coordinating controls activities through start-up, runoff, installation, and acceptance. The position requires technical leadership, resource management, employee development, and cross-functional coordination. You will drive quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while supporting protected, scheduled, budget-conscious project execution. Strong knowledge of HMIs, industrial networking, motion control systems, robotics, machine safety systems, and industrial electrical practices is required. This position reports to the Controls Integration Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead controls integration activities from design release through customer acceptance




- Coach specialists and Working Leaders through development and performance management
- Coordinate staffing, workloads, schedules, priorities, and project resources
- Review metrics, rework, quality issues, and corrective actions
- Support machine build meetings, safety walks, and customer interactions

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in electrical engineering technology or related field
- Minimum 10 years in industrial automation or controls integration
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, robotics, networking, and motion control
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
