Deliver detailed custodial service as a Full Time Light Duty Cleaner on the first shift with C&W; Services. Clean interiors, floors, bathrooms, and public areas.

Working under a Custodial Manager or Supervisor, you will perform diverse cleaning duties according to C&W; Services standards, instructions, and procedures. Responsibilities include floor care, vacuuming, dusting, glass cleaning, restroom service, trash collection, and periodic high dusting. You will also monitor defects and report them to supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sweep, mop, wash, scrub, and polish interior floors
- Operate commercial buffers, shampoo machines, and attachments
- Vacuum and spot clean rugs in offices and public areas
- Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily




- Collect trash and report facility defects to supervisors

Requirements:

- No previous experience required for basic cleaning responsibilities
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to function cooperatively as part of a team
- Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment
- Attention to detail, organization, energy, and endurance
