Combine admissions, retail, and guest service skills while guiding visitors through Trailglow’s winter experiences in Golden. Work primarily indoors with limited winter outdoor duties.

This Guest Experience Agent position supports Trailglow admissions while moving between retail, video, and café responsibilities. You’ll sell tickets and add-ons, operate Ventrata and point-of-sale systems, answer questions, and share winter activity information. You’ll also support smooth arrivals and organized service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Issue, process, redeem, and validate guest tickets
- Sell Trailglow and Canyon Swing admissions, add-ons, and packages
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and maintain merchandise displays
- Promote video packages and support review and delivery




- Take café orders, payments, drinks, and grab-and-go items

Requirements:

- High customer service standards with local and international guests
- Experience handling substantial cash and debit or credit transactions
- Ability to learn multiple systems quickly and accurately
- Adaptable, adaptable approach across admissions, retail, video, and café
- FoodSafe Level 1 certification is an asset
