Deliver evidence-informed emergency care as a Registered Nurse at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton’s Charlton Campus in part-time rotating shifts.

This Registered Nurse provides patient-centred care for complex, high-acuity patients with less predictable outcomes. The position requires emergency nursing experience, clinical judgment, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Care includes adult, child, and psychiatric presentations within a busy emergency department serving Hamilton and surrounding communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive patient-centred emergency nursing care
- Assess needs and support therapeutic treatment
- Collaborate with inter-skilled teams
- Lead care for complex and high-acuity patients
- Work under authorized Medical Directives when required

Requirements:

- Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
- Current BCLS/HCP certification
- Recent related emergency nursing experience required
- Adult, child, and psychiatric care management experience
- Strong communication, prioritization, and critical-thinking skills
