This position coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a stabilized property. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases. The work also includes resident follow-up, property management software, and community marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Qualify prospects and conduct community tours and apartment showings
- Process applications, screenings, leases, and move-in packages
- Track availability and leasing activity using property management software
- Implement referral, employer outreach, and internet marketing programs
- Prepare renewal documents and secure timely resident signatures

Requirements:

- One year of sales experience required
- Two or more years of customer service experience required
- Required state and local licenses or certifications
- Valid driver's license for operating a golf cart
- Ability to work both weekend days, 9am to 6pm
