As Store Supervisor, you will support daily operations and lead by example during assigned shifts. Key Responsibilities: Deliver friendly customer service and cannabis product education
Guide team members during assigned shifts
Serve as management contact when absent
Support launches, promotions, and merchandising
Assist inventory ordering, receiving, and operational standards
Requirements: Two or more years of retail or customer service experience
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and customer-first mindset
Valid cannabis sales certification, including Selling It Right or SellSafe
At least 18 or 19 years old, based on provincial requirements
