Key Responsibilities: Manage staff toward restaurant targets and standards
Monitor and control labour and food costs
Coach employees on A&W; customer service
Support employees on the restaurant floor
Ensure food safety regulations are followed
Requirements: Experienced leadership in restaurant operations
