Deliver packages courteously and efficiently as a FedEx Courier, using a valid driver’s license, customer service, and route organization. This interview position is full time, Monday through Saturday.
FedEx seeks a Courier to provide pickup and delivery services on an assigned route. You will check shipments against Federal Express Canada features of service while providing related customer service functions. The work requires communication, time management, organization, and multitasking. Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations or Canadian Customs regulations is an asset. Quebec residents must be bilingual in French and English.
Key Responsibilities: Provide courteous package pickup and delivery on assigned routes
Check shipments against Federal Express Canada features of service
Provide related customer service functions
Work varying schedules and holidays based on business needs
Requirements: High school diploma or educational equivalent
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Lift 70 pounds and maneuver packages up to 150 pounds
Complete mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training thresholds
Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
Use safe driving, organized route service, and courteous communication to deliver packages and support FedEx customers efficiently.
