Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized support to members and clients

Tailor approaches to client needs and expectations
Help clients use tools and channels effectively
Support advisors in delivering services
Requirements: Attestation of Collegial Studies
At least three years of relevant experience
Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
Knowledge of French
Robust interpersonal savvy and communication skills
Use client-focused judgment and financial services knowledge to support Desjardins relationships, advisor collaboration, and member satisfaction.
