Key Responsibilities: Review complex RESL documentation and applications for policy compliance
Analyze unstructured financial information supporting holistic credit decisions
Identify documentation and policy gaps in lending files
Route applications to the next adjudication stage
Document transparent, detailed notes in application systems
Requirements: Fluency in French and English
Experience with underwriting and residential mortgages
Analytical thinking and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently from a private workspace
Availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
Bring underwriting, risk assessment, and bilingual communication skills to CIBC’s Personal Lending and RESL adjudication process.
