Drive mobile security operations throughout the GTA region, combining operational leadership, incident reporting, and staff training across client locations.

As Mobile Zone Supervisor, you will provide leadership for guards and Team Leaders assigned to wide-ranging sites. Your work includes enforcing daily schedules, standing orders, and standard policies while responding to alarms, complaints, and incidents. You will also verify mandatory training, support staff performance, and communicate with Site Supervisors and Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee guards and Team Leaders across multiple client locations
- Verify completion of mandatory site training requirements
- Respond promptly to alarms and investigate client concerns




- Issue commendations and manage documented disciplinary actions
- Maintain operational report logs for head office review

Requirements:

- Minimum two years' security experience as a Team Lead
- Ontario G Class license with at least three years' driving experience
- Clean driver's abstract with no major convictions
- First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Legal authorization to work and successful Vulnerable Sector Check
