Lead inventory teams for WIS International through leadership, customer service, and accurate counting. This hourly position includes varied scheduling and travel.

As an Inventory Supervisor, you will supervise Inventory Associates and support customers across retail and manufacturing inventory services. The work combines team leadership, training, business relationship building, computer literacy, and hands-on management. You will also count inventory when other supervisory responsibilities allow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead Inventory Associates
- Provide service to recent and existing customers
- Establish effective business relationships with customers
- Count inventory as part of a team
- Travel to customer locations on varied schedules

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent supervisory experience is an asset
- Leadership and training skills
- Retail or warehouse experience is an asset
- Driver's license and acceptable driving record
- High level of computer literacy
