Residential maintenance expertise meets resident service at Hazelview Properties, supporting apartment communities through repairs, prevention, and emergency response. This role serves a single complex.

As a Maintenance Associate, you will report to the Regional Manager or Property Manager. You will complete general, preventative, and repair maintenance across apartment units, common areas, grounds, and buildings. The work includes plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance repairs, documentation, and protected tool use. Monthly suite painting remains part of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to resident issues and service requests
- Perform general and specialized property maintenance and repairs
- Complete suite turnovers and monthly apartment painting




- Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment for deficiencies
- Respond to after-hours emergencies while on call

Requirements:

- High school completion or general education degree
- Two or more years of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and painting
- Proficiency using basic handheld and electrical tools
- Flexibility for rotating evening and weekend on-call schedules
