Support UPS Package Drivers with walking deliveries and pickups in Oakville as a part time seasonal Package Delivery Helper. No driving is required.
This position assists UPS drivers at drop boxes and customer locations around Oakville, Ontario. You will handle packages, provide customer service, and follow UPS delivery methods. The work runs Monday through Friday, with variable three-to-five-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet the UPS driver at assigned local meet points
- Deliver UPS packages efficiently to customer locations
- Pick up UPS packages from drop boxes and customers
- Learn and execute UPS package handling methods
- Provide efficient, dedicated customer service
Requirements:
- Work Monday through Friday, up to 25 hours weekly
- Remain flexible as daily start and finish times vary
- Lift packages weighing up to 70 pounds unassisted
- Walk while delivering packages outdoors in all weather
- Wear the required vest, pants, and boots
