Lead back-of-house inventory operations at Mark’s on location, using accuracy and process expertise to support merchandise movement and store standards.

As a Back of House Lead, you will oversee inbound and outbound inventory processing, replenishment, and inventory accuracy. You will support management by guiding part-time team members and maintaining organized stockroom and sales-floor operations. The work includes eCommerce fulfillment, courier transactions, transfers, pricing, and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scan incoming shipments and transfers while maintaining shipping logs
- Process inbound and outbound inventory according to audit requirements
- Lead part time team members through tasks and store standards




- Complete eCommerce orders and courier transactions under company policies
- Maintain stockroom organization, replenishment, pricing, and floor layouts

Requirements:

- Six or more months of previous retail experience
- Experience training and mentoring employees
- Ability to build and manage daily department plans
- Ability to lift and move containers weighing up to 50 pounds
- High school education or current high school enrollment
