Based at Marcel-Laurin Plant 1 within Aerospace Canada, this position manages project follow-up across sites and functions. You will structure schedules, monitor deliverables, facilitate decisions, and maintain consistent information for stakeholders. Success requires autonomy, organization, project management knowledge, and comfort communicating with directors and vice-presidents.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor project milestones, deliverables, risks, and decisions
Facilitate communication and information consistency between sites
Identify risks and ensure mitigation-plan follow-up
Lead governance committees and project review meetings
Deliver presentations summarizing progress, issues, and recommendations
Requirements: Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Ten years’ experience in coordination or technical project management
Solid foundation in schedules, team coordination, and priorities
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple sites
