Support employees and managers remotely across Canada and the United States through complex people matters, HR systems, and employee relations.

Think Shift seeks a senior operational individual contributor for second-level People and Culture support. You will advise on policies, performance, and workplace expectations while improving employee lifecycle workflows. The role supports recruitment, benefits, payroll changes, records, and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise employees and managers on performance, policies, expectations, and employee relations
- Coach managers through feedback, documentation, accountability, leave, and accommodations
- Lead recruitment for senior, specialized, and complex roles
- Oversee Canadian and U.S. benefits administration and payroll changes
- Improve procedures, templates,



workflows, controls, and approved automations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- At least 6 years of progressive HR or People and Culture experience
- Experience handling employee relations, recruitment, perks, HR systems, and payroll changes
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment practices; U.S. experience is an asset
- Strong judgment, organization, confidentiality, communication, and Microsoft 365 proficiency
