Support OES Equipment’s business lines with purchase order processing, invoice reconciliation, and centralized administrative operations. Coordinate accurate transactions across multiple projects and regions.

As part of DPR Construction’s family of companies, this Administrative Operations Assistant provides centralized support for multiple projects and business lines. The work includes order documentation, data accuracy, responsive service, and timely financial and operational transactions. You will coordinate with project teams, branch teams, vendors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process purchase orders, invoice reconciliations, and order transactions
- Reconcile purchase order receivers and invoices for accurate records
- Receive, enter, and fulfill customer and purchase orders




- Resolve routine discrepancies with internal partners, vendors, and customers
- Support multiple projects while meeting established deadlines

Requirements:

- High School Education, GED, or equivalent experience
- One to three years’ administrative support experience required
- Accounts payable or order processing experience required
- Construction supply or equipment operations experience preferred
- Enterprise procurement or invoice systems experience preferred
