At KV Capital, you will support funding execution and credit submission workflows for KV Mortgage Fund and syndicated lending partners. The position combines loan advance structuring, financing proposal evaluation, investor funding packages, and accurate client service. You will assess transaction risks, security, documentation, and project viability.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Commerce degree, major in finance
- Passing CFA Level II grade and designation intent
- Three-plus years in mortgage underwriting, credit analysis, or administration
- Construction financing and syndicated loan experience
- Financial modeling and advanced Excel capabilities
