As an Account Coordinator, you will support customer accounts across onboarding, product sourcing, pricing, transportation, inventory, and receivables. You will coordinate with sales, supply chain, warehouse, corporate groups, suppliers, and customers. The position requires organized follow-up, analytical thinking, strong communication, and accurate record management. You will also support launches, quotes, purchase orders, contracts, and customer service actions while maintaining account information in the CRM tool. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service across assigned accounts
- Process orders and coordinate customer communication
- Track activities from order placement through delivery

Requirements:

- Two or more years in account support
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
