This full time, on-site position supports Personal and Business Banking in a client-focused Banking Centre environment. You will understand personal and business priorities, recommend financial products, and introduce mobile banking applications. Rotational shifts run Monday through Sunday between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet clients and understand their financial and personal goals
- Recommend products and solutions supporting client financial success
- Provide guidance on cash management, credit, and investments
- Build relationships through marketing and outreach activities
- Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications
Requirements:
- English and French speaking capability
- One year experience working with clients and achieving sales results
- Client-first, goal-oriented, and detail-focused approach
- Strong relationship-building, critical-thinking, and learning skills
- Transportation Security Clearance from Transport Canada
