As a Financial Services Representative, you will welcome members, understand needs across everyday banking, borrowing, investments, and protection, and recommend suitable solutions. Based at Sen̓áḵw Village Community Branch, you will build trust while supporting branch success. This permanent position reports to the Assistant Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members warmly and create welcoming branch interactions
- Explore needs across banking, borrowing, investments, and protection
- Provide guidance and connect members with products or specialists
- Explain online tools and digital banking options
- Follow through while maintaining compliance and member satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or service roles
- Comfort working toward sales goals and offering solutions
- Digital confidence with CRM systems and banking tools
