Key Responsibilities: Develop leads and schedule appointments with potential customers
Identify customer needs and market appropriate insurance products
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
Respond to coverage, billing, transfer, and claim inquiries
Work with the Agent toward marketing goals
Requirements: Sales experience in inside, outside, retail, or telemarketing preferred
Successful track record meeting sales goals preferred
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening skills
Proactive problem-solving and customer service dedication
Property and Casualty license preferred or obtainable
