Use requirements analysis and stakeholder communication as a Business Analyst with Sunwing Vacations Group’s Information Technology team in Toronto. Support Product streams within an Agile SDLC framework.
Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, you will partner with business and technology stakeholders, Product Owners, Development teams, sponsors, business partners, and vendors. You will analyze business problems, define requirements, document processes, and support efficient solutions. Your work will help align technology projects with business needs while enabling process improvement across Product streams.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate requirements gathering and analyze business problems
Identify functional and non-functional requirements from business information
Create process maps, flow charts, and supporting documentation




Write user stories with outcomes and acceptance criteria
Review testing results and participate in bug reviews
Requirements: One to three years of relevant business analysis experience
College diploma or equivalent education and relevant experience
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project approaches
Solid analytical, organizational, communication, and facilitation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio or similar tools
Apply business analysis, Agile collaboration, requirements definition, and process documentation skills across Sunwing Vacations Group’s Toronto Product streams.
