As an Investment Analyst, you will contribute to assignments involving multifamily residential assets and other real estate classes. Your work includes reviewing operating data, rent rolls, lease documentation, and third-party reports. You will translate demographic, locational, economic, and market research into useful materials for sales teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities: Underwrite investment opportunities across real estate asset classes
Review rent rolls, lease documentation, utilities, and budgets
Conduct demographic, locational, and market research
Collaborate on underwriting and marketing matters
Respond promptly to analytical support requests
Requirements: Experience analyzing financial and operating data
Ability to prepare financial models in Excel
Ability to review reports and identify property impacts
Clear synthesis of economic and real estate trends
Strong responsiveness and sound qualified judgment
Support CBRE’s multifamily investment sales work with underwriting, market research, Excel analysis, and responsive client support.
