Serve Meridian Members as a Financial Services Representative in Hamilton, using consultative sales and transactional banking skills onsite. Support day-to-day banking while building relationships.
This full-time retail position is based at Meridian’s Centre on Barton branch. You will understand Member needs, recommend suitable products, and contribute to branch sales and service results. The role includes accounts, credit, deposits, wealth referrals, and Meridian services.
Key Responsibilities: Complete accurate front-line transactions for daily banking needs
Identify needs and recommend Member-focused financial solutions
Open accounts and provide credit product recommendations within limits
Refer Members to Wealth, Small Business, and Mobile Mortgage partners




Participate in community activities and branch business planning
Requirements: Robust financial services industry knowledge and business acumen
Negotiation, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Decision-making, organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Post-secondary education or equivalent financial services sales experience preferred
Availability for scheduled evenings and weekends
