This full time position supports the Shared Services team, working primarily from a home office with regular Grimsby office meetings. You will process varied business-to-business payments, investigate deductions, and monitor outstanding receivables. Success requires financial controls knowledge, ERP experience, and clear communication with stakeholders and customers.
Key Responsibilities: Process customer payments against appropriate invoices
Resolve unapplied cash and payment discrepancies
Monitor receivables and escalate outstanding issues
Process credit memos and miscellaneous invoices
Provide timely reports and customer information
Requirements: Two or more years in Accounts Receivable or cash application
Accounting or Finance diploma or degree
Understanding of reconciliations and financial controls
Microsoft Office and advanced Excel capability
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Use payment processing, financial controls, and customer communication skills to support accurate receivables at Andrew Peller Limited.
